Acceptance
By using MatchaPlaces, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Reviews
By submitting a review, you grant MatchaPlaces a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine visits, and free from conflicts of interest. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate our guidelines.
Business claims
Business accounts can claim ownership of place listings. False claims may result in account suspension. Verified owners can respond to reviews and edit certain listing details, subject to moderation.
Prohibited conduct
- Submitting fake reviews or inflating/deflating scores
- Impersonating another person or business
- Spamming, scraping, or automated access beyond normal use
- Uploading offensive, illegal, or misleading content
Matcha Score
The Matcha Score is an algorithmically generated rating that blends editorial research and community reviews. It is not a guarantee of quality. We reserve the right to adjust the scoring methodology.
Limitation of liability
MatchaPlaces is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for inaccurate listings, business closures, or any damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
